A flat agility ladder laid on the court surface used for rapid-fire foot-pattern drills
Definition
A flat agility ladder laid on the court surface used for rapid-fire foot-pattern drills. Ladder drills build foot speed, coordination, and the neuromuscular patterning that underlies all padel movement.
2–3 times per week in pre-season, once per week during heavy match schedules to maintain foot speed without adding fatigue.
Two-feet-in, lateral shuffles, Icky Shuffle, and backward runs address the forward, sideways, and retreat movements padel demands.
