Agility exercises using cones as targets or markers to guide directional changes, sprints, and footwork patterns. Cone drills on a padel court are one of the most effective ways to build sport-specific agility and court coverage.
T-drill (forward sprint + lateral shuffles), 5-10-5 (lateral agility), star drill (multi-directional), and random-point-touch (coach calls next cone) are all highly padel-specific.
4–6 cones are sufficient for the majority of patterns. More cones allow more complex circuits but aren't necessary for beginners or intermediates.
