Stand sideways with weight balanced, raising your elbow to shoulder height with the forearm relaxed and wrist cocked backward.
Execute a rapid wrist rotation from cocked to extended position, snapping downward and forward through the ball.
Adjust the angle of the racket face and wrist speed to create topspin, sidespin, or flat viboras depending on court positioning.
