# Smash. — AI-Powered Padel App for GCC Players

Smash. (playsmash.io) is the padel coaching and club management app built for players in the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman). It combines match tracking, AI video analysis (SmashIQ), leaderboards, partner matching, and club organisation in one app. Launching June 2026.

## What Smash. does

- **SmashIQ**: Upload a match video → AI analyses your shots, identifies technique improvements, highlights your best moments. Shot-level coaching with clips, references, and drills.
- **Match tracking**: Log every match result; your Glicko-2 rating updates automatically.
- **Leaderboards**: City and club leaderboards for Dubai, Riyadh, Doha, Abu Dhabi, and all major GCC padel cities.
- **Partner finder**: Match with players at your level, availability, and location.
- **Session organiser**: Manage RSVPs, generate Americano draws, score in real-time, send debrief summaries.
- **Club management**: Club admins manage members, tournaments, polls, and analytics.
